Samsung launched this Tuesday (4) the Galaxy M54 and Galaxy M14 smartphones. The two intermediaries have a 5G connection and Exynos processors. The M54 model arrives in versions of 128 GB and 256 GB, while the Galaxy M14 only has the option of 128 GB of storage.
The two smartphones have a 6,000 mAh battery — as shown in the homologation — and support for 25 W fast charging. According to Samsung, the Galaxy M54 can display videos for 23 continuous hours. The company did not comment on any “fantastic achievement” of the Galaxy M14 with this battery. However, with these settings, you can expect a good amount of unplugged time. The charger comes in the box of both phones.
Galaxy M54 5G and Galaxy M14 5G in Brazil
If the big batteries are pleasing to the eye, the launch of the Galaxy M54 5G and Galaxy M14 5G in Brazil lacks the choice of chip. The first uses the Exynos 1380, while the second uses the Exynos 1330. The processors are not very popular in the country due to their reputation for poor performance and overheating.
In addition to the battery, the two models have a triple set of cameras in common. However, the Galaxy M54 5G has a 108 MP main lens, against the 50 MP sensor of the Galaxy A14 5G.

The Galaxy M54 is the most advanced version of the line, so Samsung uses a hole in the screen to store the front camera. The other model maintains the drop notch, common in the brand’s entry-level and intermediate cell phones.
The M54’s screen uses the 6.7-inch Super AMOLED+ panel. It has a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The Galaxy M14 5G display measures 6.6 inches.
The two cell phones leave the factory with Android 13 under the One UI 5.1 interface. Samsung promises four OS updates for the Galaxy M54 5G and two years for the Galaxy M14 5G.
Availability and pricing of the Galaxy M54 and Galaxy M14
Common to the M line, the two models will only be sold online. The Galaxy M54 5G is sold in two versions at the following prices:
- 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage: R$ 2,999
- 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage: R$ 3,499
The Galaxy M14 5G only has the 4GB RAM and 128GB storage configuration. Its launch price is R$ 1,899.
